Florida Marriage Equality

Today the Appeals court over Florida denied an extension of the stay on Augusts ruling by a Federal Judge that Floridas ban on same sex marriage was unconstitutional. 

BUT

Attorney General Pam Bondi is now working on 2 new ways to block marriage equality in Fl

1, she is asking the US Supreme Court to grant a further stay on the process ( the same stay the appeals court said no to today)

2, she is asking the appeals court to overturn the federal judges ruling in Tallahassee who struck down Floridas Gay Marriage Ban as unconstitutional.. This is the same court that denied the extension of the stay... But Bondi is trying everything...

P.S.   Meanwhile BONDI is on her 3rd or 4th marriage...
